The MPP plasma scoring module is a version of the labeling, which, by briefly switching on the plasma arch, creates micropunktics on the surface of the sheet. Points are made using the same burner and plasma source, which cut out elements in a baking tray, which significantly accelerates and increases the accuracy of detail scoring in relation to conventional route methods. MPP can make several dozen precise points within 1 minute. Such a solution, unlike manual route or separate scoring supports, allows you to obtain high tolerance of 0.4 mm and completely eliminates the need for any calibration. The operator can control and change scoring parameters, thus enabling the depth of the emerging points.
The MPP module eliminates the need to use an additional manual scoring process, which must be preceded by the route process, and high accuracy makes it used for purposes such as:
- designation of holes drilling places, which, for example, are to be threaded later,
- creating a set of points determining bending or welding lines,
- an additional assembly mark, which will show the welder on which side of the scored line should be applied to the welded element,
- indication of the point welding of the points of the threaded dowels.
The MPP module is in the equipment standard of each new machine manufactured by Stigal.
