Modern technology of the automatic scoring of the high frequency/voltage pilot arch reduces disturbance to a minimum. All plasma aggregates are equipped with smooth current regulation, which allows optimal selection of cutting parameters for different thicknesses and species of cut material. A wide current range from 5 to 420A (depending on the model) allows you to get high quality cutting regardless of the thickness of the material used.

CEBORA PRO 166 HQC, 255 HQC and 420 HQC are technologically advanced, liquid -cooled plasma aggregates (high quality) dedicated for automation, which was based on CEBORA’s many years of experience and many years of research in cooperation with the prestigious unit of testing technology testing University of Bologna. They have 120A, 250A and 420A, respectively, which allows you to cut from the edge of the metal with a maximum thickness of up to 35 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm, and piercing the material 20 mm, 35 mm and 50 mm thick in the 2nd grade of ISO standard 9013.
These are complete systems that are used for cutting alloy steels as well as non -fantmen with so -called HQ quality. For cutting they use various types of technical gases, such as oxygen, nitrogen (and its mixtures) and argon. The high quality of cutting known by thousands of users around the world was achieved thanks to the integrated development and direct production of each single part and accessories. A characteristic feature of these aggregates is a 100% working cycle even with a maximum cutting current and the ability to replace the source with a model with a different ampertage without the need to replace all other elements of the system, which makes them an ideal solution for large production plants.
Because it is narrow -made plasma, the beveling of the edges does not exceed 3 degrees.
However, the beveling inside the holes depends on their diameter, but it can be up to 6 degrees (at the holes with a smaller diameter than the thickness of the sheet).

Good quality at an affordable price
We have recently implemented new plasma Plasma Sound plasma aggregates, whose cutting quality can be described as “standard+”, offer something like a golden remedy between the previously known standard and high Quality Cutting classes. PC 110 and PC 130 sources use, like other standard aggregates, air as a plasma arch medium, but they allow to obtain a bevel of edges similar to higher class aggregates. By using Plasma Sound aggregates in combination with the precision of tools and dynamics from which our machines are famous, we are able to obtain dimensional tolerances similar to less known, cheap HD aggregates available on our market.
