The result of many years of development in this area is the Guard Line-O system. This comprehensive solution protects not only the machine’s working area but also its external work zone, meeting the PN-EN ISO 17916 standard for “Safety of thermal cutting machines.”

Quickly onboard new operators
The first thing you notice when standing in front of a STIGAL cutter is the control panel. It features a large, panoramic touchscreen that serves as the heart of the entire system. We designed it to be as simple as possible. You won’t find any unnecessary buttons, and its operation is so intuitive that after a few minutes, you forget about it – you just use it. We’ve often heard from our clients about difficulties with qualified staff, so we created the SmartCUT module for them. Operating the machine has never been so simple, so accessible – now practically anyone can be an operator, and SmartCUT ensures consistent production and the desired cutting quality.
Operation from anywhere and work facilitation
EasyCONTROL is a lightweight and handy wireless remote designed for STIGAL machines, allowing control of the plasma cutter from any location within the machine’s work zone. EasyCONTROL provides highly responsive feedback to the operator’s commands, significantly speeding up work, especially with machines that have a large working range.
* The remote is included as standard with cutters featuring worktables over 4 meters in length.
