Stigal edits and administers the website at www.stigal.pl, which provides available to people using the Website (Website Users). Privacy policy – general provisions

  1. The data administrator is Stigal Marcin Stępień based in goldsmiths 19, 59-223 Krotoszyce (NIP: 6912002931, REGON: 020228294). Data protection takes place in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the purposes of better receipt of the privacy policy, the term “user” was replaced by the term “you”, “administrator” – “we”. The term “GDPR” means the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  3. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security.
  4. Personal data provided in the contact form is treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Administrator

  1. The Service Provider is the administrator of personal data sent in the contact form, such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, workplace, IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of people enrolled in the newsletter.
  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and the implemented privacy policy, for technical purposes, IT protection of website resources and security servers, as well as collecting statistical data to improve the quality of the website. These data are collected to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests and in accordance with the consent, if you are browsing the service or signed up to the newsletter and their processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
  4. Each data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

  5. Your personal data will be stored until your consent is withdrawn
  6. You have the right to request the Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify them or limit processing
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to do the data may result in the impossibility of making contact
