It minimizes the risk of mechanical damage to the plasma burner and tool support elements. Regardless of the reason for the collision, the system absorbs its effects (collision caused by the operator’s inattention, or the thermally stressed sheets on the burner).
At the time of piercing the sheet, the system lifts the burner up to a safe distance so that it does not hit the splinters of liquid metal. Thanks to this, we obtain a reduction in consumption of consumables by up to 20%.
It protects the operator and people near the machine before exposure of the eyes during plasma cutting and burns with hot splashes formed while piercing the material. The UV screen is lowered and raised by the operator from the control system position. It enables, most of the time, work without protective glasses.
It provides much higher effectiveness of dust and gases for the dust and gases for solutions based on proximity and mechanical sensors of the old type. It allows you to program the pull -out only on selected sections, which is used, e.g. when cutting profiles. Thanks to the “Section cleaning” function, poisonous dust and gases do not get out of the table, even after cutting. Increases the comfort of work on the cutter.
Before starting the process of cutting the detail, the system performs electric and tactile measurement of the surface of the sheet. On this basis, it selects the appropriate puncture height and the position of the burner to start cutting. If the next place of puncture is in close proximity to the previous one, the system will intelligently skip the detection, reach the material and start the burner.
It protects the user in the event of a control system failure that may arise as a result of unexpected power breaks or other random events. The system is restored without having to call the service, just place a USB disk in the nest and start the controller.
It depends on the speedport speed in the “Z” axis how quickly the machine will detect and start cutting. In the fastest models of Stigal machines, this parameter is even 7x higher than in competition machines. This means that our machines will start cutting much faster than the devices of other manufacturers. The full process of the burner descent to the material, detection and starting the cut lasts about 2 seconds. An important advantage of the fast HighSpeed+ is that it can be mounted in every Stigal machine.
The material table used in Stigal machines allows the grate for a given cutting technology. The choice of grate allows you to divide the work area of the machine into cutting zones with various technologies, i.e. plasma and oxygen.

A very friendly and easy controller menu will allow you to start production immediately after the machine is implemented. Setting the cutting parameters is just three steps. The controller has a huge number of functionalities, including:
Device portal with increased beam cross-section. Made of modern aluminum alloys and resistant to thermal deformation. It is almost 4 times larger than previous designs of STIGAL machines. Thanks to this, much more tool supports, e.g. oxygen, while maintaining high dynamics.
The MPP plasma scoring module is a version of the labeling, which, by briefly switching on the plasma arch, creates micropunktics on the surface of the sheet. Points are made using the same burner and plasma source, which cut out elements in a baking tray, which significantly accelerates and increases the accuracy of detail scoring in relation to conventional route methods. MPP can make several dozen precise points within 1 minute. Such a solution, unlike manual route or separate scoring supports, allows you to obtain high tolerance of 0.4 mm and completely eliminates the need for any calibration. The operator can control and change scoring parameters, thus enabling the depth of the emerging points.

Basic capabilities of the device:
Function enabling adjustable, intentional not firing the material, thanks to which the cut detail sticks to the waste. The detail with a micromest is easy to break freely. The biggest advantage of micromoses is the consistent cutting of long belts, without their negative thermal deformation in the so -called “banana”. Placing on the detail of the microROMOST is applied from the controller – with one click or from the CAD/CAM software. This functionality is standard for users of plasma sources of the HQC class: 166/255/420.
