Laser cutting up to 100 mm

According to our market analysis, we are the only manufacturer in Europe that offers to mount a laser head and a gas torch on a single portal. Such an option will make it possible to cut sheets up to 100 mm with laser technology and up to 120 mm with gas technology on a single portal.

FIBER Master 3D additionally allows the installation of an additional portal on the same chassis. The second portal can be freely configured for both plasma cutting up to 50 mm and gas cutting up to 320 mm
Minimize side processes

3D head with ±45° range eliminates the need for additional machining, reducing production time and improving the quality of welded joints. Prepare edges for V, X, Y and 2Y welding in a single cutting process.

Eliminate downtime for time-consuming manual cutting of waste sheet into smaller sheets. Our machine will do this automatically after the detail cutting process is complete. You enter the maximum sheet size, and the machine will automatically divide up the created cutting paths and cut them.

This solution works well wherever a small chamfer or blunting is required – both for technological and aesthetic reasons. The key advantage of this function is the ability to precisely indicate the paths on which blunting is to be performed. You do not need a 3D head for this function.

A system for automatically maintaining height and focus relative to the material (including at an angle) ensures that chamfered edges are even and clean along the entire length of the cut, and that the chamfer angle exactly matches the design intent. This process takes place during the actual cutting, eliminating the need for subsequent edge processing (such as tedious chamfer grinding on cut parts).
