The new tool slides, combined with GCE torches, allow simultaneous cutting of belts from 105 mm wide, which optimizes the production process, reduces material consumption, and shortens operational time.
Despite the increased weight due to its steel construction, the PRO Master 3D maintains its dynamic performance, thanks to new drive systems and bevel bars for fast and precise machine movements.
The new version is equipped with control cabinets integrated into the portal. This reduces installation time and increases the space around the machine, eliminating the need to install additional control cabinets around the machine.
The new model is equipped with the advanced GuardLine-O safety system familiar from previous generations, but now enhanced with Safe Stop 1 (SS1). In the event of an emergency stop, SS1 provides controlled servo braking over a minimum distance, reducing the risk of collision and increasing operator safety.

EasyCONTROL, a lightweight and handy wireless remote control designed for STIGAL machines, which allows you to control the plasma cutter from anywhere in the machine’s working area. EasyCONTROL provides highly responsive response to operator commands, thus greatly speeding up work, especially on machines with a large working range.
