Dedicated machine for cutting round and rectangular pipes
Advanced CNC cutting machine designed for efficient and safe processing of pipes. Ideal for the production of steel structures, pipelines or pipe junctions – it combines intuitive operation with the highest cutting precision.
The machine enables the shaped cutting of tubes and hollow profiles using 2D and 3D technology. It handles a wide range of diameters and cross-sections, including thick-walled tubes thanks to the possibility of using plasma and/or gas cutting.
An advanced system of self-centering support carriages speeds up and facilitates material basing, as well as ensuring stable material guidance. This makes axial and non-axial penetration of profiles, angled cutting and precise chamfering, among other things, possible.
The work area is protected by light curtains and a turntable spindle guard. The system immediately stops the machine if the safety zone is violated, allowing operators to work safely on the machine.
Integrated dust and gas extraction from inside the tube prevents dirt from entering the production floor. Optional sinking of the track into the floor improves the ergonomics of the station and eliminates protrusions around the machine.
