Our service package modules
Periodic inspection of the cutting machine covering all drive, electrical, safety, and gas systems, as well as plasma power sources.
As part of the inspection service, technicians replace all parts of the machine as defined in the machine's manual, as well as worn parts, if any.
In the event that during a comprehensive technical inspection of the device, our technicians detect a failure in the device module and it is possible to fix it during that visit, the technicians will proceed to repair the device. The cost associated with the additional time spent on the repair will not be charged additionally.
Access to a special dedicated service support line, where machine operators will receive assistance with anything up to 15 minutes.
Online remote device diagnostics module. With this module, our service technicians can remotely diagnose which module of the device has failed.
Instant repair of most malfunctions by the service technician without the need for a stationary visit. Remote repair assisted by a qualified service technician in the form of a tele-video call via Whatsapp/Messenger or specially prepared instructions supplemented with photos, descriptions, diagrams and 2D/3D models.
In case of failure, access to a backup will be at hand. In addition, during a remote connection, our service technicians will perform a function check of the control application and update the parameter library.
