A sheet metal laser cutter is a CNC machine equipped with a fiber laser source that cuts flat sheets of metal quickly and with high repeatability. Unlike plasma cutting, it produces a narrow kerf, clean edges without excessive heating of the material, and minimal wear on consumables—the parts usually no longer require grinding or milling. As a versatile metal-cutting laser, it works well with structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum—it is an effective sheet metal cutting laser and steel cutting laser, as well as a precision laser cutter for steel. STIGAL offers three lines of sheet metal laser cutters—the compact FIBER Master ST, the high-performance dual-table FIBER Master DT, and the large-format FIBER Master HD. Each model cuts structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, and you can select a power source ranging from 3 to 30 kW (up to 60 kW upon request) to match the material thickness and production scale—from individual parts to continuous batch production.
