FIBER Master HD — a large-format fiber laser cutting machine for thick sheet metal and large formats
The FIBER Master HD is a large-format fiber laser cutting machine with a configurable working area of up to 5,000 × 50,000 mm and laser sources of up to 60 kW. This allows the machine to be upgraded with 3D, gas, or plasma cutting capabilities, making it suitable for cutting thick sheets and large-sized parts in the most demanding manufacturing applications.

One machine, three cutting technologies
The FIBER Master HD is available in a standard configuration with 12, 20, and 30 kW fiber laser sources—selected based on the production profile and the thickness of the materials being processed. As a laser for thick sheet metal, the 30 kW variant cuts structural steel up to 50 mm thick, and upon special request, the machine can be configured for laser cutting up to 100 mm (with a laser source up to 60 kW). But that’s not all—the FIBER Master HD can be equipped with additional cutting technologies:
- Oxy-fuel torch — cost-effective cutting of the thickest steel components
- Plasma cutter — fast cutting of medium-thickness materials
- Three technologies on a single platform—laser, plasma, and gas—all in one machine, with no need to move the workpiece between stations
You choose the technology based on the material and thickness—and a single machine handles your entire production range.
This allows the machine to use a fiber laser to cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and galvanized sheet metal—the cutting thickness is adjusted according to the material and the power of the laser source. See also: laser vs. plasma.
The components that form the foundation of a stable process

A large work area tailored to the scale of production
The FIBER Master HD is a large-format fiber laser cutting machine designed for cutting large sheets of sheet metal and large-format workpieces. That’s why we offer it in several standard work area configurations—from mass production to parts with non-standard dimensions. In addition, we can custom-build tables to your desired length, and the sectional exhaust system minimizes fumes and contaminants in the cutting area. A version of the table for gas cutting of sheet metal up to 320 mm is also available—a single platform combines laser cutting and heavy-duty processing of thick sheet metal.

Mobile cutting areaIt moves in sync with the gantry, creating a protected area exactly where the machining process takes place. This solution limits exposure to laser radiation while ensuring convenient access to the worktable during loading, unloading, and inspection of workpieces. The machine utilizes a laser radiation protection system and solutions that comply with the requirements for working with a Class 4 laser. Security scannerIt monitors the area around the machine and responds to the presence of an operator or an obstacle in the danger zone. The system reduces the risk of collisions with the moving gantry, supporting safe machine operation during daily production, material loading, and maintenance activities. The red zone (up to 300 mm) causes the machine to stop, and the yellow (300 to 1200 mm) is the audible warning zone.

Traditional edge beveling after cutting is a labor-intensive process that requires additional workers and grinding machines. With the 3D cutting head, bevels and chamfers are created directly during laser cutting, in a single pass. Weld quality begins with precise edge preparation. Laser beveling (chamfering) with a 3D head ensures a consistent bevel angle and a uniform surface along the entire length of the cut, resulting in ideal preparation of V, Y, and X-type welds for welded structures. The result: full penetration, reduced consumption of welding consumables, and a minimum of rework—results that cannot be consistently achieved using manual methods.
3D angle cutting requires extreme precision in maintaining the distance from the material. The cutting head is equipped with capacitive height measurement and automatic focusing, which compensate for the motion path in five axes in real time. Even with complex bevels, the laser beam always operates at the optimal point, ensuring a clean edge free of slag and excess material.
