An advanced CNC cutting machine designed for efficient and safe pipe processing. Ideal for the production of steel structures, pipelines, and pipe assemblies—it combines intuitive operation with the highest cutting precision.
The machine enables contour cutting of tubes and hollow sections using 2D and 3D technology. It supports a wide range of diameters and cross-sections, including thick-walled tubes, thanks to its ability to use plasma and/or gas cutting.
An advanced system of self-centering support carriages speeds up and simplifies material alignment, while also ensuring stable guidance. This enables, among other things, axial and non-axial profile penetration, angle cutting, and precise bevel cutting.
The work area is protected by light curtains and a turret spindle guard. The system immediately stops the machine if the safety zone is violated, allowing operators to work safely at the machine.
An integrated dust and gas extraction system from inside the tube prevents contaminants from entering the production hall. The option to embed the track in the floor improves workstation ergonomics and eliminates protruding components around the machine.
