SteelCut 3D enables the cutting of a wide range of materials—from thin sheet metal using plasma cutting (starting at 1 mm) to massive steel components cut with oxygen, up to 150 mm thick. Thanks to the combination of plasma and gas cutting technologies, the machine can handle both precision cutting of parts and heavy-duty structural cutting projects.

High travel speed—up to 30 m/min—and dynamic acceleration help reduce cycle time and significantly increase productivity without compromising cut quality. This is a versatile solution for manufacturing facilities that require flexibility without sacrificing precision.

  • active protection of the work area (light barriers, light curtains),

  • mechanical safeguards (spindle guards, enclosed work area),

  • an immediate response to a safety zone violation—an emergency shutdown of the equipment.

This comprehensive solution protects the operator, other employees, and the entire area surrounding the machine, minimizing the risk of accidents while maintaining smooth production.
