Meet the FIBER Master DT

The FIBER Master DT is a fiber-based steel plate laser cutter with two shuttle tables (Dual Table), available in power ratings of 3, 6, and 12 kW and in formats up to 2500 × 6000 mm. BOCHU cutting heads and FSCUT controllers ensure a tolerance of ±0.05 mm at speeds of up to 130 m/min. As a result, automatic table changes take only seconds—eliminating downtime and increasing efficiency by 50%. In addition, a fully enclosed CE-compliant enclosure with smoke and collision sensors ensures safety and reduces noise levels in the workshop.

Fully enclosed design

In a fiber laser cutting machine, operator safety is not an afterthought, but an integral part of the machine’s design. The FIBER Master DT operates within a fully enclosed housing that isolates the cutting area from the workshop and protects against laser radiation, process light, spatter, fumes, and moving machine parts.

  • Certified safety windows for safe process monitoring and camera viewing—without opening the work area,
  • lockable doors, guard locks, and access control to the work area,
  • fume extraction and dust removal, and noise reduction in the hall,
  • Operating and maintenance modes are selected with a key—in maintenance mode, the machine does not initiate the cutting process.

The most important rule: the safety system takes precedence over the CNC control system —in the event of a hazard, it forces the machine to react, regardless of the program and process settings. The design complies with the requirements applicable to machines in the European Union (including Directives 2006/42/EC and 2014/30/EU, as well as standards PN-EN ISO 17916, 12100, 60204-1, and 14120), which facilitates CE certification.

The FIBER Master DT is a fiber laser cutting machine with a dual, interchangeable shuttle table (Dual Table system). While the laser is cutting on one table, the operator unloads and loads the other—the automatic table change increases effective cutting time by up to 50%. The machine is available in 3, 6, and 12 kW power ratings and in formats up to 2500 × 6000 mm.

Depending on the power of the source: 3 kW — structural steel up to 20 mm and stainless steel up to 10 mm; 6 kW — steel up to 25 mm and stainless steel up to 20 mm; 12 kW — carbon steel up to 35 mm and stainless steel up to 30 mm. Actual thicknesses are slightly lower, and the final selection depends on the material and the desired edge quality.

Yes, in the FIBER Master DT+ model with the optional rotary table module. It allows you to cut tubes with diameters ranging from ∅15–230 mm and profiles ranging from 15×15 to 230×230 mm. For production focused primarily on profiles, we recommend dedicated lasers for tubes and profiles.
