Multitasking plasma-gas cutting machine for modern industry
The machine enables contour cutting of tubes and hollow sections using 2D and 3D technology. It supports a wide range of diameters and cross-sections, including thick-walled tubes, thanks to its ability to use plasma and/or gas cutting.
Despite the increased weight due to its steel construction, the PRO Master 3D maintains its dynamic performance, thanks to new drive systems and bevel bars for fast and precise machine movements.
The new version features control cabinets integrated into the gantry. This reduces installation time and increases the space around the machine, eliminating the need to install additional control cabinets in its vicinity.
The new model is equipped with the advanced GuardLine-O safety system, familiar from previous generations, but now enhanced with the Safe Stop 1 (SS1) feature. In the event of an emergency stop, SS1 ensures controlled braking of the servo drives over a minimal distance, which reduces the risk of collision and enhances operator safety.

Operate from anywhere and make your work easier
EasyCONTROL, a lightweight and handy wireless remote control designed for STIGAL machines, which allows you to control the plasma cutter from anywhere in the machine’s working area. EasyCONTROL provides highly responsive response to operator commands, thus greatly speeding up work, especially on machines with a large working range.
